OREGON arriving in the B1G will create changes

I'm glad Oregon landed where they did.

Oregon is (5-5) against Stanford in the last 10 years.

Stanford was built much like Big 10 teams.

Stanford was the (3-9) team that beat Oregon 2 years ago.

Scott Frost was so horrible in the Big 10 because he built Nebraska teams much like Oregon.

Oregon was #12 in Rushing Offense last season.
However, the PAC only had two teams in the top 25 in Rushing Defense. They were Oregon St. (15th) and Utah (18th).
They lost to Oregon St and beat Utah in Eugene by 3 pts (20-17)

The Big 10 had 7 teams in the top 25 in Rushing Defense last season.
Michigan (7th), Wisconsin (9th), Illinois (10th), Iowa (12th), Minnesota (16th), Penn St (17th), Ohio St (25th)

Oregon has fared pretty well vs the B1G in OOC the last 15 years or so.

I'm sure there will be an adjustment period, but Oregon has way more talent than most B1G teams

Oregon wasn't playing Big 10 teams week-in and week-out though.

Pelini teams were built like Big 10 teams and went (9-4)/(10-4).

It was Mike Riley who brought that West Coast style offense and Scott Frost doubled down on it.

Heck, Mike Riley even beat Oregon.

Oregon had "way more talent than most" PAC teams too, but still lost to (3-9) Stanford just 2 years ago.

Team that hasn't been in the playoffs in 9 years acting like they are going to run the joint on a conference that puts teams in basically every year.
Going to be fun watching this train wreck.

Ducks have only won the Pac championship once since their playoff appearance in '14 (excluding the covid year). Winning 1 in 7 full seasons in a conference so bad it just imploded is a hell of a resume for total B1G domination!!!!

So Oregon will always beat the teams they are supposed to now?
No they won’t but will most of the time.

only one guy is saying they are going to run the conference - you have a tendency to lump all Duck fans in with our retarded step brother.

Um, MJ fan and OD are on the same page here.

We suffered from AG's bullshit so we get it.

No one is saying Oregon can't lose to teams with inferior talent. Only that they will win way more of those games than they lose.

Only OD would be dumb enough to claim that Oregon will dominate the B1G.

Then what are you on about the last few pages vs Neb fan? lol

I wouldn't pick any of the new members to seriously run at the B1G title for at least a few years. Hell most of us have no idea who our QB's will be in our first season.

@OregonDucks ?? more like @OregonDuckshit

am i right or am i right? eh? ehhh???

That Oregon could win occasional B1G titles. Not "run the B1G".

Oregon/USC will have the talent to compete. Whether that translates remains to be seen.

You're thinking Oregon is the same Oregon as 10 years ago.....Cristobal changed the DNA of the Ducks. Oregon is far more physical and talented then even those Chip Kelly days of the blur speed. Our current recruiting class ranks 4th within the B1G and it is built with a defense.

Oregon will arrive well prepared for the B1G.

No I'm not.

I'm thinking of Oregon 2 years ago, when 4th year Cristobal lost to (3-9) Stanford.

These things happen when your playcaller is rushed to the hospital before the game.
