



Back at the salt mines after vacation. Still a bit out of it, we got in at like 5AM on Sunday morning because our flight out of Denver was delayed. Had a nice vacation otherwise. Enjoyed the scenery out in Colorado.

One thing I definitely noticed after I got over adjusting to the altitude was the distinct lack of humidity. The folks up there were apologizing for 90-degree temps, I was like, whatever, feels better than 85 back home.Currently 83 with "real feel" of 103

The drive from Ft. Collins to Rocky Mountain National Park was something else. Most of it was up a canyon carved out by a river. I'm definitely not used to having mountaintops be outside of the normal view of my windshield. We didn't have anything along those lines. Thought about driving up to the Continental divide when we were at Rocky Mountain, but it was late in the day and I didn't want to drive up that far in low/no light.That would be cool, although I've been on few mountain roads where you see steep drop and it's a little unsettling
