GAME Portland State @ 15 (soon to be 1) Oregon

Funny how washington fans wanna come in and give shit about oregon beating an FCS team when its only been 2 years since they lost to an FCS team
And this is why we at the B1G want you both to continue your love for each other hence you come to join us at the same time.

You misspelled fan.

And isn't it more about giving shit to OD's complete overreaction than for Oregon playing it? As I said, UW has the same type of game next week and I won't watch it or care about the outcome. The only thing I'll check on is any injuries. These are scrimmages and nothing more. I wish none of us would have them at all. They are basically bye weeks with possibility of injuries.

They know that, but they're all sensitive and can't help but get all ass sore about it anyway.

I ignored most of the shit aimed at all of UW nation when it was things aimed at AG's bullshit.

We all have our embarrassments among our ranks

I didn't ignore it, I joined everyone else in calling him a stupid asshole.

Agree that FCS games are dumb.

However, I'm not going to get too upset of playing starters in Week 1 when we're still trying to get reps before a tough slate.

Would prefer 2 G5 teams and an P5 team for OOC every year.

Ducks could have kept them in all game and gone for 100, I wouldn't care. Just struck me as odd someone would say they had to in order to prepare for a horrible team next week.

So we know Portland State is bad.

Wyoming is a tough place to play.

Do I think Oregon is likely to win next weekend? Yes.

Would I prefer for them to have plenty of game film to work on things for next weekend? Also yes.

Texas Tech is still a team that's likely to end up in a bowl game. They are far from terrible and it could be a tough game on the road.

I'm confused. Is Oregon playing Texas Tech, Wyoming, or Montana next week?

That's a shock ;)

I would rather see what my back up QB can do with the starters than pad my QBs stats

Couldn't care less about stats. Want Nix to build rapport with the receivers in games.

We will agree to disagree. I want to see what my back ups can do with the first team after 50 point lead. And avoid getting key players hurt :beer2:

Should be plenty opportunity to do both in a game like that.

To be fair....

Oregon played at 2 pm (CT)
Texas Tech played at 6:30 pm (CT)

The Oregon game was over before the other game even started, so there was no way of knowing if TT would be "horrible".

Plus 1 game doesn't define a team. I remember when VT lost to JMU at home and then went on to win the ACC.
