We hear a lot about the negatives, but a positive is a crummy team (i.e. Colorado) can turn itself around fast & good teams can fill holes to become great teams. That's good for fans.

Can make good teams even better as well. Coleman from Michigan State to Florida State , put on a show last night. Helps depth as well, WVU had one of their best WR's transfer to FSU as well but.... he's on the bench waiting for a chance at FSU now.
