I’ve been in this industry for 25+ years and this is the absolute worst I’ve ever seen. There’s just no business at all outside of new construction. No purchase business to speak of and no refis at all. It’s gonna be a long winter.

We've been pretty spoiled in those 25 years, and more....it's not the worst it's ever been here, but it's headed that way quickly.

I believe we're on the cusp of seeing hyper-inflation, the likes of which this developed country has never seen.
