I do know they said it was supposedly going on in 2021. The guy they say is the epicenter of this accusation was stationed in California on a military base until May 2022.

Which would mean the NCAA has had plenty of time to notify Michigan's future opponents to closely monitor their venues for these characters, gather evidence, and report them.

It don't take much to have stadium personal stand in an aisle behind the perps and gather evidence on what they're doing.

i.e. Zooming in on the opponents sideline signal caller, filming the formation, and the play.

It means a camera set up to purposefully do that task. Not a game film to try and capture someone sitting in the crowd. You're understandably in denial and are reaching for rationalization thus the mental gymnastics.
