Sounds like that was Michigans own fault. B1G was going to act faster but then Michigan sent them their big letter which they had to review and delayed the punishment. Then again, maybe the letter lessened the punishment as well

That could come from the NCAA. More on Harbaugh as well. Heck, there was speculation the NCAA was going to take the cheeseburger recruiting farther. Big mess, it is
