More Michigan Cheating

Where was this concern about the kids and "lack of respect for them" when Ohio State players who had nothing to do with tat gate were punished with a bowl ban that kept them from playing for a national title?

Wasn't it Ohio State players who were involved in 'tat gate'? And honestly -- the only reason the bowl ban happened wasn't because of 'tat gate' -- it was because Tressel signed the NCAA compliance letter stating the team hadn't committed anyone infractions, only for the NCAA investigation to find emails showing he knew about it long before the season started.

If they find that type of evidence with Harbaugh -- I fully expect the same kind of ban.

An honorable judge would recuse himself for the obvious.

They are already coming up with lists of reasons of how there is "no bias here"

that or openly cheering for the mockery of our court system by using biased judges to do their bidding. The same crowd that was so concerned with "due process" and respecting the legal way.

He can grant the injunction probably. No way he could actually judge a case if it came to it

The judge had better be careful here. He can be punished.

LOL

Wait....

Didn't Michigan impose a 3 game suspension on Harbaugh to open the season before the NCAA completed it's investigation into his recruiting violations?

Didn't Michigan suspend Connor Stalions before any investigation was completed?
Only thing I believe is the part where Michigan says “we are entitled“

LOL

They simply give examples of what the Sportsmanship clause has been used for previously.

They're saying since the Sportsmanship clause hasn't been used for "rules" violations (in it's 3 years of existence), it can't be used now.

These atty's are hacks with maze&blew level mental gymnastics.

Exactly -- they should have hired you. You are more invested in this case than U of M even is.

Is it Michigan's fault they have a prestigious law school and all the judges went there?

Next time some poor soul wants to post bail on a Friday night I expect one of these judges to get moving on a Saturday and not make them wait until Monday
