Part of me wants Bama in so they get slayed. But they won't beat Georgia in the SEC title game and the conversation is over at that point.

Bama should be the one left out. Oregon probably would be the team left out and that is strictly off their current rankings

I have a feeling the committee would give a win over Georgia a ton of weight and not want to leave out the SEC champ

Not sure how you came to that conclusion when Oregon has been rated the highest all along and had the toughest remaining schedule entering the weekend

The Committee will come to their senses. Texas will be a Conf Champion that has beaten Bama. Oregon won’t have beaten anyone of note. Their best win will be Washington, who is nowhere as good as their record.
