I get him leaving. But he declared for the portal and immediately everyone has him already going to Notre Dame and he's listed as no contact.

Its pretty clearly tampering. Again, I realize everyone probably does this, but maybe don't make it so obvious.

I get it.. it's good to know you actually have a spot before hitting the portal.. but he probably was set to enter it as soon as he knew Elko was gone.

one of their mods were saying UT was "tampering hard" for him.. ehhh i don't know.. guy coming off an injury doesn't seem like a huge priority but who knows

He was pretty dang good before the injury. Would have easily been their top guy next year. The strange thing was he came out earlier this week and announced he was coming back. Rattler announced yesterday he was entering the draft, but that seemed like a forgone conclusion for a while now.

So it does seem like a weird situation.

1. No P5 school is poor, especially not Michigan. They just aren't dumb enough to give blank checks to football recruits as A&M did. (How's that working out?)

3. Imagine having an endless supply of money, paying a coach $75 million to go away, then getting turned down by the Kentucky coach (among others Im sure) and settling on Duke's coach
