Did Bama break Georgia?

Never heard that. Still kind of boggles my mind that parents think they can dictate what a major program can do with their adult child. Further boggles my mind that major programs allow it.

Coach: Mom and dad, your kid signed a contract, is getting a free education plus endorsements. Fuck off

I guess he's more "quiet" about it than some of these dads, in the way that he doesn't put it out publicly, but word has always been since his recruitment that he's a gigantic pain in the ass behind the scenes.

I mean, I know this happens at a lot of places. But taking a step back it seems absurd. Your son is an adult, you knew what you were signing up for and life isn't always fair. But its 2023...

I said it NIL era will be what saves Nebraska. They lost the Texas pipeline moving to B1G and now with NIL they have as many donors as anyone will be back to recruiting at a high level

He would have been a backup next year and then transferred anyways. Think he found football is a little tougher in the south than it is out west. Buford is a powerhouse program, and they had a pretty disappointing season by their standards

Kids have no patience. The path/plan would have been clear for him…sit next year behind Beck and then start for 2 years at one of the most premier programs in America. But all these kids wanna play right away(even tho he will probably have to sit behind McCord at Nebraska)

It ain’t so bad. I’ve been excited about Gunner Stockton ever since he committed, and now there’s an actual chance for him to be the guy at UGA. Beck also looks like the sloth on Ice Age, but he’s the best passer UGA has had since Aaron Murray IMO. If Beck comes back, I like our chances next year

All the UGA boards are saying this is an NIL move. Nebraska dumped a ton of $$$ and UGA isn't going to match it. We also aren't going to guarantee PT. Hate to see him go, but we have another top 10 QB in this class coming in. Would rather have him, but it isn't a killer situation.

The next 10 days are going to be wild as everyone starts dumping cash left and right.

And all these attention whore QB recruits never seem to workout anyways. Could be a bullet dodged

I'll let you know after Week 1 of 2024 ...

Raiola apparently can't stand competition. Kid wants to be somewhere where he doesn't have to fight for his job and it's just given to him
