The Ducks beat that same Utah team into oblivion. UW beat them as well shutting them out the entire second half. They were not a good team this year.

Personally I hope the rest of the B1G absolutely destroys USC and UCLA starting with Michigan hosting USC in their first conf game. They destroyed the Pac and I'd love for them to suffer under the be careful what you wish for mantra.

I mean I'd obviously be in favor of the B1G doing the same to Oregon, but I don't see it next year. Doubt they lose more than 2 in conference. Please prove me wrong.

Oh, and I also took Northwestern and the points. Utah is not the Utah of the prior several years.

I'd say Oregon State was better than Utah. Oregon State had a much, much better offense and while Utah had a better D, I don't the gap was significant enough to offset that.. plus OSU beat Utah pretty convincingly (21-7 and they had 160 more yards)

Utah was like a poor man's Iowa this year

Michigan doesn't even know what the team will look like next year. We don't know if JJ McCarthy is coming back, we don't know if the eligible guys are coming back.

So don't bank on Michigan for anything next year. Our defense should be solid, but our offense could legitimately have only 1 returning starter.

Every team in the playoff had games where they struggled against teams they shouldn’t struggle against. As every good team does every year. UW is the only one everyone wants to point it out and hold it against them at every opportunity.

If people actually paid attention to Washington this year, they would know that they were not at full strength for at least a 6-7 game stretch. Makes you wonder if people East of the Mountains even watch Pac football.
