He was awesome. Played mostly Beatles tunes.Granted the tickets were free, but it was still a cool show. Them old timers will charm the pants right off ya, telling stories.

And ya,Tommy Lee did his drum solo on some tupe of ride that goes in a circke and upside down.....He picked out a guy in the audience to ride with him,the wife said later she tjought he would have picked out a chick......I gotta agree.

But he was the headliner of the show that included Foghat,UFO,Slaughter and Saliva.( a fave band of mine)

I seen Foghat, with Blue Oyster Cult, 38 Special, REO and Georgia Satellites. Apple River in Sconnie, I drank 25 beers that day and I was the least drunk one amongst us so I drove home.
