Isn't he already at Wisconsin?Mike vrabel to wisconsin
Oh no its still 3rd base. All those players that signed during the cheating times are there. He should still win being born on 3rd and all. Harbs just doesnt give a shit about MI when he is not there.Entire defensive staff needs replacing now. Hard for anyone to claim that 3rd base retort now. Lol.

Right. Sure this happened without some Harbaugh meddlingOh no its still 3rd base. All those players that signed during the cheating times are there. He should still win being born on 3rd and all. Harbs just doesnt give a shit about MI when he is not there.
Harbaugh: "Yeah sure, I'm gutting the staff completely and leaving the cupboard empty, but I got you a new senior associate athletic director!"Right. Sure this happened without some Harbaugh meddling

Michigan football to hire Chicago Bears' Chief of Staff as its general manager
Michigan football will hire Sean Magee from the Chicago Bears to assume the roles of U-M’s general manager and senior associate athletic director, sources told 247Sports…247sports.com
General manager position -- newly created to manage recruiting and NIL. Hardly and athletic director.Harbaugh: "Yeah sure, I'm gutting the staff completely and leaving the cupboard empty, but I got you a new senior associate athletic director!"
Oh I know what it is, it's hardly a fair trade. Also I'm not sure Harbaugh had anything to do with it, he was at michigan as associate AD for over 5 years before he went to the Bears.General manager position -- newly created to manage recruiting and NIL. Hardly and athletic director.
Harbaugh played for the bears and is quite close with the leadership there. I'm not saying it's a "fair" trade, but I think the assertion that Harbaugh hates Michigan because he took some staff with him is absurd. He set up a succession plan.Oh I know what it is, it's hardly a fair trade. Noticed he's another Navy man, quite the interesting choice...

Yes he did. We retained almost our entire offensive staff, including a built in head coaching candidate. Most of our defensive staff was almost certainly gone to the NFL anyway this year, with John, Jim and McDonald ALL needing defensive coordinators and other staff....might as well go to Harbaugh.I never said he hated michigan, but he sure as hell didn't set up a succession plan.
He left Moore as the head coach in waiting and that was it. It's not a "succession plan" when you leave one guy and then take the entire rest of the staff with you. I'd argue differently. Saban had no plan, this was the resultHe left Moore as the head coach in waiting and that was it. It's not a "succession plan" when you leave one guy and then take the entire rest of the staff with you. It's the exact opposite of a succession plan.
As of Friday, at least 14 Alabama players had entered the transfer portal or announced a new school since Saban’s retirement.
That couldn't have less to do with Moore's situation at michigan. The mass exodus of players from Bama was because the majority of them were extremely high-end blue chips who only went to Bama to play for Saban, of course they'd leave. The michigan mass exodus is happening in the form of early NFL entrants and guys with no more eligibility. Oddly enough, Alabama is still left with more talent than Moore has.I'd argue differently. Alabama's transfer exodus brings harsh new reality to Tuscaloosa after Nick Saban's retirement
Kalen DeBoer is a proven winner, but he'll need to rebuild a roster that's losing pieces by the day.sports.yahoo.com
Michigan's eligibility exoduses was on offense. Michigan has a pretty amazing amount of defensive talent returning. That's why getting a guy familiar with the scheme was so important. Michigan's defense should be one of the best in the nation again next year. Michigan's offense? The QB spot is going to be iffy without a transfer. We're either starting a true freshman 4/5 star, or we're starting a 3 star QB who's had time to develop, but had an absolutely terrible accuracy problem in HS. I expect we're going to rely heavily on Donovan Edwards. That couldn't have less to do with Moore's situation at michigan. Your defense will be solid, but likely won't be helped so much in 2024 like the past couple years with your offense controlling the clock so well with the running game. You're also underestimating losing so much experience at all 3 levels like you are. Edwards is a nice complimentary piece but he's definitely no Haskins or Corum. Not sure what QB will be there in the second portal opening but it'll need to be someone pretty special. You should still pound the medium/lower end teams into submission but Texas, OSU, USC, and Oregon could be real problems.Michigan's eligibility exoduses was on offense.
