Listen, you pedantic twit, it doesn't matter that he "proves" it. He was right. He showed us he was right. Just because he didn't fully document what he said, the fact remains that he was right, and your continuing to doubt him is wrong. You've spent an hour arguing about it when in 3 minutes you could see he is right.

How you can't see this is dumb as shit. You've spent pages ripping him for doing what ... pointing out that the chart was incorrect. Normal people - everyone but you - were grateful that he did that. And in a couple minutes I confirmed it. It doesn't matter that he didn't "prove" it to your satisfaction. You are arguing with the wind, and being a douchebag about it, so right on point. i just dont understand why you need so much proof. if someone else made the claim i would have just looked up 1 or 2 just like Dawg did. and just been like huh theyre right.

and in some cases just taken their word for it.
i didnt even have to look stuff up to know that Navy and Marshall never would have made it without anyone claiming the list had errors.

Or the guy making the claim who should have already checked to see if his specific claims were correct have done so. And since he already DONE SO, he could have COPY AND PASTED SO. YA KNOW… so. lol.

copy and pasted what? i knew for fact not "claim" like half of the ones i said. i looked at the other ones year by year.
 
this youtube show this morning talked about the new format and how the spots would be allocated in a 14 team playoff

SEC/BiG would each get 3 automatic spots
ACC/Big12 would get 2 automatic spots
G5 schools would get 1 automatic spot
3 at Large Spots would be left

**ND would get a spot if they hit a certain criteria.. leaving the G5 spot for the other G5 schools.. they would take one of the 3 at large spots

In the current 12 team playoff..the G5 schools get 20% of the pie.. in this new 14 team format it would get 6 or 7%

Also they brought up a point that the SEC might just keep the 8 conference games schedule in order to increase it's chances of getting a 4th at Large spot

this would be bad for UT since it means the annual game vs aggy won't happen :(

I told a coworker this the other day. I said the 12 team playoff hasn't even started yet, and the 14 team one is being discussed. I said the reason is some folks want another SEC and B1G team in the mix. Not that I am against, I couldn't believe that I was right. Well, so far...
