I wish. I loved Countrywide. Unfortunately they got too far ahead of themselves thinking they could sell off all of their risk to the market. Spoiler: They couldn’t.

I don’t get paid by the hour and don’t get overtime. That last part sucks because I doubt I’ve worked less than 50 hours in a week in years. Most weeks are 60+.

I get that totally. We had to work/bill at 110% plus hours weekly/yearly to clients even though we were eligible for 4 week's vacation, 8 federal holidays and 5 optional holidays per year. Not doable and the vacation hours did not transfer over nor were compensible if not used. Had to ditch PTO to meet goals. FUBAR.
