March Madnes 2024 NCAA Tournament: Second Round

Well Texas made it a game

throwing it to the 62% FT shooter is fucking bad coaching
I was surprised Texas went with that strategy. I don't think Tennessee was expecting it. Not sure I've seen that before.

it was a good strategy. but then following it up with an off balance corner 3 negated it.

I thought they were just wanting to get to six fouls before the clock struck :20 incase they needed to foul later. And maybe that was the original intent then the coach said to foul again if a certain player or two got his hands on the ball. The other (much more common) strategy is to simply try for a stop and get the ball back either down one or three knowing there will be time on the clock.

yeah, they were trying to extend the game as much as they could...which is why that 3 pointer was a stupid decision.

How tall is 11 for Creighton?

Of course Tennessee wins but they can't cover.

3 of 25 3-point shooting for the Vols? And Texas still can't win against that.

Who knew brickitis was contagious?

Surprised Schierman hasn't jacked it up more

Both teams look gassed. Oregon more so.

58-58 Tie game.... Wide open 12 footer for Cretin...

CLUNK!!

Oregon follows with a monster alley oop.

How many times do you leave Dante and let him rebound and dunk the ball uncontested?
