So his first ex is trying to take him back to court and get full custody of his oldest son. However that dumb bitch used a credit card in his name and thought it was hers. She also is committing insurance fraud. She had signed papers acknowledging that his employer (big company) covered the son's insurance. She has the son on Medicaid (believe that's the one) that my BIL found out at one of his last appointments. Hopefully she hangs her self with all of that. She was trying to play the neglect card that my BIL wasn't making the kid wear his leg braces. Yet his preschool and baby sitter can all witness that he has the braces on with him. Funny when he went to pick him up from her, that he didn't have his leg braces on. I think she had also got/ or is trying to get CPS involved with it.

His 2nd ex went to her now lawyer trying to get him for contempt of court. Trying to say he was just keeping his 2nd son from her. His lawyer got an emergency custody/protection order for the son giving my BIL full custody after his 2ndex's husband dropped the kid off to my BIL & his fiance by himself. Specifically states that her husband cannot be alone with the child. This all stems from the husband punching 2ndex in the face and knocking her out cold while she was holding the kid. My BIL's fiance took pictures to prove that he dropped him off by himself and violating the court orders. However she is lying to her now lawyer saying he had someone with him. She wants my BIL arrested and that she gets to keep the kid for as many days as he did and then go back to the normal schedule. Funny it took her 2 to 2.5 months to finally get a lawyer and pursue having any rights to see her kid again. My BIL's lawyer told her she would have to get a lawyer and go to court to get her parental rights back.
