TV Series Game of Thrones: House of the Dragon

Not as bad as people made it out to be. Still a good season. Just felt like they kept building up to something big and nothing ever really happened past Aegon falling.

So that terribly acted made up character that mud wrestles the Lanister is a trans actor. Knew there was something extremely off putting about the person player it.
Wasn't a made up character. Apparently is a character in the books that is woman who portrays herself as a man. So actor choice actually makes sense. I think you'll live through this one.

Wait.

I watched episode 8 last night and I just now realized that's the end of the season?

Horseshit. Everything GoT has jumped the shark.

Yeah definitely a lackluster ending. Even more disappointing that this is how it ended with a 2 year gap in between seasons.

Word.

Given everything I've seen from them since season 8 of GoT, I'm going to have to be really bored to watch season 3 of this shit.

Guess who?

I am glad I haven't seen 7 and 8 yet. I'm guessing I'll enjoy it more not expecting something big to happen at the end.

Anyone else heard that a series about Aegon's Conquest has been green lit?

A little disappointing we didn't get some sort of battle, but everything seems set. Season 3 will begin in the first episode or 2 with the giant sea battle.

welp...I need a new show to watch now.

we just finished Under the Bridge on Hulu, which was good.

still have to finish The Bear...

The Bear might be the most overrated show ever made. That and The Boys also very overrated.

Is that one of the animated ones or live action? I remember GRRM saying there was like 6 different spinoffs coming and half were animated

ahh I do have to catch up on the latest season of The Boys...

I am a little over it though

Severance on Apple is an actual good new show. Second season comes out in January.

First season should have ended all this by letting Meleys loose and it was BS that didn’t happen.

Second season was one giant teaser. GOT is supposed to have a pay off in the final episode or at least clean up an epic battle and bring closer this did not.

Leaving on one giant cliff hanger in order to wait two years to see what happens is a great way to get people not to care.

I watched season 1...it was good. I will likely watch the second.

I think it was usually the next to last episode of each season where there was a big battle or something big happening

Probably so but at least it happened.

HOD has been one big teaser filled with illogical decision-making.
