It makes me sick anytime United gets a trophy. This dude (ten Hag) has a chance to get his 3rd. Albeit they are the more unimportant ones, still 3 seems crazy for him.
Despite the worst league record in recent history for Man U, Ten Hag gets to keep his job and claim that they had a better season than Spurs...and i suppose technically they did. Got in the same European competition and won a trophy.
I think Ten Hag will be gone after this season. Ratcliffe has taken over, and there are a ton of things to do behind the scenes, not to mention fixing Old Trafford. I don't think they wanted to rush to get a new manager and make another quick/bad hire, because honestly, who were they going to get? Let's be honest, even with their history, Man U is not the same draw/appeal for top players and managers as it was under Fergie.
I've only kept mild interest in Spurs' preseason games. From what i've heard, a number of our young guys look ready to take the next step and be part of the main squad. Great to hear.
Spurs still need to sign a right sided winger that can beat his man. If they're able to close on someone like that before the transfer window slams shut, I'll be very happy with their summer.

Bayern won and there was a trophy and Kane refused to lift it. I understand. Embarrassed probably.
I saw the highlights. It was a professional move. Don't embarrass your old fans.
Gotta think Bayern should be top dog this year in Bundesliga. Spurs should be in contention for top 4 again this season. EPL is going to be difficult again.

I started a Bundesliga thread yesterday. I have them 3rd this season like last year. Transfer Window not great.
Spurs just signed one of the holes they have been trying to fill: a dribbly boy on the wing.
I'm absolutely loving their recent recruitment strategy. Loading up on the best young talent in the world. I think i saw a stat that since Ange took over, the average age of their new signings has been 21.8 years old.

Going young is good. I think Arsenal did that a few years ago removing their older trash. Another good signing Odobert today and got a striker last week. Should challenge for Top 4 this year. Arsenal and Man City are a given, the other two spots up for grabs. Spurs, Chelsea, LIverpool, Man U, even West Ham this year.
I'd say Liverpool could challenge for the title. It's a mystery a bit due to their lack of signings and having a new manager, but their squad is really really good.
Aside from that, 4th place race should be between Spurs, Villa, Newcastle, Chelsea, and ManU.
Villa might fall this year like Newcastle did last year. UCL games plus league can wear on a team.
Newcastle could spring back up because they have no european games.
Chelsea on paper has a top 4 squad...but new manager and I think they have like 50 current roster players. Its a bit chaotic.
ManU should do better than last season, but we say that most seasons about them these days.

Man U off to great start to season. 0-0 at half time lol.
Well, a stinker of a game from Spurs. Dominated the first half but couldn't extend the lead. Then a defensive lapse and the game ends in a draw vs a Leicester squad that will likely get relegated. Can't drop points against lower level competition like that.

Heard 1st half on radio. Should have scored more in 1st half. Leicester will probably going to get docked points for "cheating" unlike Chelsea and Man City. How many goaltenders does Chelsea have? 8? Man City trial begins in September. Relegate them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, first weekend after Euros can be a bit dicey. Real Madrid tied too. So do AC Milan and Inter Milan. Hell Conte and Napoli got whacked 3-0. Anyways, I still like the Spurs chances this season for Top 4.
