Just rewatched the Georgia-Clemson game from 2013 and he was the announcer. The dude sounded old then and was already starting to slow down. I don't think he was cancelled. He just was losing it already before the hot chick.

Wild that the iconic announcer Brent Musburger, who was the primetime voice of ESPN/ABC for a long time, just disappeared because of that one comment he made. There was no goodbye tour, no nice send off, he was just gone. He's now some bookie in Las Vegas?

Was that the reason? Because I thought it was that ESPN put him on the "SEC network" and because of that, he stopped being able to call primetime games and before TV kind of turned back to normal during all of that, he basically just retired.
