Since when is Penn State a "hated rival" of michigan's? OSU and MSU absolutely, and to a lesser degree ND, but Penn State?
As far as your second questions goes, we have no idea who they still had doing Stallions work or just how much information he had already obtained. The NOA hasn't been made public. Think of it this way though - we know in 2021, 2022, and the first part of 2023, Stallions was cheating. Those also happened to be by far Harbaugh's best years at michigan. Do you honestly think all the guys that came back in 2023 would have done so if 2021 and 2022 weren't so promising? NIL also was a big help, but why would guys have come back if michigan was proving to be just another 8/9 win team?
