More Michigan Cheating

I have no problems with the State of Ohio … it is only ohio state. I never call ohio state losers, because I would never want to get beat by a bunch of losers. Anyone who takes this amazing rivalry too seriously, is a loser (regardless of their fandom). Michigan is prettier than Ohio, but y’all have better politicians.
Gotta give credit where it's due, there are some amazing spots in michigan when you're outside of Detroit. Your politicians suck, but ours just suck only slightly less.

It is.

Because it falls under the "Lack of Institutional Control" umbrella.
It isn't. It's a secondary violation. No one would even be talking about lack of institutional control had the cheeseburger event not happened.

You are confusing a "Lack of Institutional Control" (an incident) with a "Pattern of Noncompliance" (years of incidents).
They are not one in the same.

Michigan is facing both separately.

Guess you just don't admit the computer hacking and child pron happened?

Wild to think that he believes having a 3 year long cheating scandal that the coaches never reported wouldn't rise to the level of LOIC on its own.
And the cheating clearly happened amongst multiple coaches and staff, spanned multiple years, involved in person scouting as well as computer hacking...but "it's just a one off nothing-burger (with cheese)"

The violation isn't just In-person Scouting of Future opponents.
That would entail someone going to future opponents games and using their brain to remember what they saw or even taking notes on pen and paper.

Michigan used electronic means (video) to record future opponents signals. That is another violation on top of the first.

Was that with an iPhone (or other smartphone) or did Michigan steal data?

To be honest, sounds like both. Someone using a smartphone to get signals, someone else hacking to get playbooks, and another over in the corner beating off to photos of cheese burgers.

Hairball is the jizz mopper in that scenario.

Then throw the book at Michigan!!! Smartphones is just something every team has to deal with. Cheeseburgers and masturbation together ... advise mental health professionals.

Would that be a smartphone?

I'd assume. I have a Samsung S22 and at the time they were advertising it as the best camera you could get on a phone. It is a fantastic camera for a phone.

But let's not distract here.

There is a difference between 60,000 fans in a stadium recording/taking pictures with their cell phones and an institution intentionally sending someone to specifically record sideline signals.

If there is 60,000 fans, how many smartphones are in that stadium? Can you go into someone's smartphone without a warrant?

Likely 60,000.

Are you implying said 60,000 fans watching their favorite team live were specifically sent to record sideline signals with intent to send them to one or the other team's future opponents?

That would be a level of mental gymnastics even maze&blew would be proud of.

Looks like moss to me. My pond actually looks like that in shallower spots. That's with two aerators running.
i.e. There'd be no current there.
To be fair, michigan cities aren't exactly known for clean water though
