Both my kids were C, too, but there was no lack of trying for a natural birth on the first one. My wife tried her darnedest, but the kid was facing the wrong way and attempts to adjust him in the womb proved unfruitful after a very long and exhausting time trying. We ultimately very reluctantly decided to cut him out so there would be no long-term health problems for my wife or boy.

...And to add insult to injury... the exact moment my son was lifted out of my wife by the doctor, my son pissed in my wife's surgically opened womb.

Hahah! My wife wanted a natural birth at a birthing center for our daughter, but when her water broke there was meconium in the fluid, so she had 24 hours to be induced. She got a pitocin drip and it still took an entire 24 hours. Otherwise normal delivery.

You guys need to get your women in line. All three of my girls were born naturally with three hours of getting to the hospital.

For my son they induced at 7am and he was born just after 7:30pm. The Dr had just come in to say they were going to need to do another epidural and she really started pushing at that point.

Then of course I've mentioned it before but the first words when my son started out was "oops, should have done a c-section". Kid came out wearing a 7-1/8 fitted hat. :L
