CFP Rankings

Texas’ best win is a 3 point victory over 6-5 Vandy.

Texas’ 2nd best win is a 10 point victory over 6-5 Arkansas.

Even with that resume, the committee still has Texas ranked #3 so it’s pretty obvious the committee has a hard on for Texas.

If A&M and Vandy both lose this weekend texas wont have a win over a ranked team. Crazy

Sos has never been the primary factor for the committee

Starting to think if we play in the CCG, we should let Oregon win it and take on ASU and Boise the first two rounds and let them get Georgia after the bye.

Also another game of live reps is only going to help the offensive line the way it was had to move around players this season.

That said, I want the B1G championship. Haven't won it since 20

You're not wrong, it feels like forever even though it's only been a few years. It is our rightful place, afterall. That said, playing ASU and Boise would not be pushovers and they're interesting matchups.

The CFP rankings show is pointless. It's not about the top 25 at this point, at this point it's about the playoff seeding. Since conference champions get the top 4 seeds, rankings are pointless this time of year or really all throughout the year now.

It's either win your conference and you're in, or start monitoring where your team can be placed in the playoffs.

To avoid the confusion and stress, do what Oregon does and just win all your games and be the only unbeaten team in the country.

If only we could all play in the PacBig 10

I told you you'd become Arkansas Lite with your move to the SEC. Oklahoma's fault they decide to follow Texas around like a battered obedient dog.

Grow a pair and depart from your big brother Texas.

Bro half of the SEC would be undefeated right now with your schedule.

No one in the SEC would beat Ohio St; most of the SEC loses to Boise State.
Think Tim Robinson GIF by NETFLIX

Both claims are dumb. Half of the SEC would not be undefeated but also there is a few teams in the SEC I would be very nervous if Ohio State was playing in their stadium

Especially this year, a lot of parity with the transfer portal. The extended season might have an effect on some kids, too. Eventual champ may not be the most talented team but the one who stays the healthiest.

Doesn’t matter to the committee. I’d need to look at the schedules/rankings, but I don’t think Penn State or Indiana will a win over a ranked team either. Maybe Illinois? Miami, Boise and SMU also.

Man.. OU has fallen far.

Having to swing from the conference nuts cause you can barely get bowl eligible now.

You hate to see it. You still have that 47 straight from WW2 at least.

They have turned into South Carolina. It's a tough scene to watch

We've never lost 3 in a row vs Michigan.
