Ya, that's not a huge concern here. We did have a crazy one earlier this year with almost quarter-sized hail. Didn't do shit to the cars tho.

It doesn’t hit your particular location every year, but when it does be prepared to have a new roof put on your house. Insurance rates are ridiculous here as well.

Totalled one car and did $17k in damage to another, along with new roof and basically everything in the back yard was smashed to hell including pool equipment.

Hail is no joke. Starting in late Feb those of us in north texas get jittery when clouds show up.

My middle daughter turns 16 this year and we’ll be getting her a car, but there’s no more room in the garage. Going to have to invest in one of those inflatable hail defender car covers for her.
