2024 NFL Head Coach Deadpool

In all my years of watching football, I have never seen a worse coach. And that dates back to last year, when they had what, 4 games where they led by two or more scores late in the 4th and inexplicably lost all of them.

At least 4 games this year where probability of winning was like 98% and they lost. And none of which have been because of the players fucking up, just the coach.

He should've called timeout on the Hail Mary.

He should've tried to get closer in GB.

He literally short-circuited or blacked out for the last 30 seconds yesterday. The guy is the epitome of the adage, "Playing not to lose", and his complete buffoonery with timeouts, challenges and fucking time management is inexcusable.

Good fucking riddance.

Sorry dude, that game yesterday was a painful ending for any football fan to watch. To be so completely dominated in the first half, battle back in the second was a competitive game to watch. To have- at the very least, a great chance at a FG-tying strike, and then so utterly fail and lose with a TO left on the board, was excruciating. Not as high stakes, but it was the same level of stupid as Pete Carroll not running Marshawn Lynch in Super Bowl XLIX for the easy 1-yr TD win.

The good news is, almost any replacement would have to be an upgrade.

I've tried to find out the name of that play call at the end of the Seahawks-Patriots SB, to no avail.

"Retard Goal Line Slant 4"

or

"Bookie gave me lotsa $$$ to throw the Super Bowl"

That didn’t take long.

Thomas Brown is done. Not that that really counts.

Dougie P canned by Jacksonville. Kept the GM, though.

Patriots have a huge hole in talent

Jags are just a shit organization

I think the Raiders and Giants need a new coach

I think the Colts and Dolphins should tear it down and do a full rebuild

Giants holding and I think the Colts announced the same. No changes.

I guess there's an argument to let Daboll and that absolute loser of a GM have a shot with their own drafted QB. I just feel like they will end of firing them in a season or two anyway, so pull the plug now. Too many red flags with how Daboll runs his locker room and treats people, and I wouldn't trust Joe Schoen to run my Madden team.

Colts have organization rot that is hard to get rid of. Irsay needs to hire a strong president and GM and let them create a winning culture there. Ever since they fucked over Peyton and then when Luck left, there has been a stink in that building.

The Giants GM made a big mistake when he let Barkley go and he was picked up by the Eagles.

That isn’t something that is forgivable in my mind. He fucked over the heart and soul of the team and handed him to one of your biggest rivals. The fans will never forget that.

Raiders job just opened up

Who wouldn't want to go work for that clusterfuck organization?

it definitely looks like the wrong move this year. But when the contract is said and done it won't look like such a bad thing NYG let him go. I think he was done there anyways since they aren't a RB away from the playoffs, and he's tired of losing I'm sure. I don't see him holding up for two more years unless PHI cuts way back on his usage.

But his cap hit the next three years is 5M, 9M, then 19M in that void year where he isn't even playing for them anymore.

Barkley wasn't going to do shit on that team. His big mistake this year was letting McKinney walk.

Right. Pierce wasn't the answer, but what franchise changing FA wants to sign there?

Mark Davis continues running the Raiders the Al Davis way: Hire young and/or inexperienced coaches you can dominate.

Madden, Flores and Gruden were great coaches and won Super Bowls, but were forced out afterwards because Al Davis wanted the final say - on everything.

Bears are looking to interview Pete Carroll

Wut?

Madden retired for health reasons. A bad ulcer if I remember correctly.

Flores?? No.

Gruden would be the closest to you being correct but the Raiders were offered very good compensation when they let him go.

You should have mentioned Art Shell. That one was a boneheaded move by Al

The Patriots interviewed Leftwich and Pep Hamilton 100% to satisfy Rooney rule.

I'd be shocked if they don't hire Vrabel
