More Michigan Cheating

"Drunk driving". Sure. Weird I cannot find a single thing online that corroborates that, but sure.

My guy, those 6 are all pertaining to violations stemming from the in person scouting. See if michigan had come clean well before the fall of 2023 this would be long over and the punishment would have been minimal. Everyone seems to understand this but you. Even chesty twitter thot understands.
Oh right. You're right. That was Denard who was drunk driving, not Hart. They both left about the same time.

That said, after refreshing my memory, Hart had been dealing with "personal issues" even before the 2023 season and was on and back again throughout. That was what was said to have been the cause of his departure at the end of the season and why he hasn't picked up a coaching job since.

No, that's me asking for a video of the light constantly being on and not just a single frame that was screen grabbed from your video.
JFC dude. The blue light is literally on for 40% of the video. It’s not a screen grab in my video. It’s literally happening.

There is a lot of this going on right now up north.

If things were really favorable for them they woulda leaked everything they have and said "look nothing to see here lets move on"

Instead they leak tidbits that they think are "favorable" to them to the media to try to gain some sympathy in the public eye.

They are in full blown deflect and delay mode right now.

I'm not arguing the validity at this time. You were almost certainly correct that it was a recording device and I was almost certainly wrong about that.

Yeah, let's go with that.

🙄

Michigan's response timeline during this whole thing:

"We didn't do nothing!"

"Ok we did something but it's no big deal and if try anything we will see you in court!"

"Ok we won't see you in court and we will accept the penalties but you better not try anything else! After all, this was all orchestrated by jealous rival teams."

"Ok it was actually one of our own coaches but he just found out! This was a rogue operation"

"Ok so one other coach knew but still no big deal! This is still all nothing!"

To be continued

They are going to die on the "we are the victims everyone here but us is in the wrong" hill.

Their people will keep pushing the bullshit hoping it gains them some favorability with the public.

I was right at both my claims. I proved that.

I’m proud you are admitting the recording device but now how in the hell are you defending these as minor level 2 violations?

You weren't. You were certainly right that it was stallions. But to your point about the video vs. screen grab, you're still misrepresenting the conversation because you either purposefully choose not to understand or are just trolling.

Also your DL coach got popped for DUI, but I digress.

Hart had "personal issues" alright - he found out a massive cheating scandal was unfolding at his beloved alma mater and tried telling the other coaches and it turned into a fight, and then he doesn't have a job anymore. Like I said, you guys did him really dirty.

I was, I have already proved I was. You just refuse to admit this. You asked me to provide a video and not a screen grab when in fact, I provided a video. You’re also still trying to call the blue flash in my video a screen grab which is totally wrong. There’s nothing else to say Maize. Just admit you fucked up on that.

Also I’ll repeat, how are you defending this as minor level 2 violations when you admit it was a recording device?

Hart was gone most of the spring/Summer 2023, he didn't "find anything out" until September 2023.

I asked you to provide a video where the light was on constantly, not a screen grab from the video you showed with the light on for a second. That's it. This shouldn't require more explanation.

I provided a video. There was no screen grab in that video Maize. JFC maize you are quadrupling down on retard now man. The picture continuously moves. It’s a 5 second video with 2 second having the blue light on.

How long until you answer this question too?

God damn it man you are stupid. I already showed you where I clarified this back then. I understand you provided a video. I understand that for a second of that video the blue light was shown. I was asking for al onger video where the light could be shown for the entire time and not just for a second.
How are you defending this as minor level 2 violations when you admit it was a recording device?
Defending? I'm saying we committed minor violations. That's what these are. Advanced in person scouting has historically been considered a minor rule violation. So far I have seen no evidence to suggest the NCAA has charged us with major violations because of the actual crime of in person advanced scouting. The major violations are all other offenses.

JFC maize you are retarded. These were your words 2 posts ago: “I asked you to provide a video where the light was on constantly, not a screen grab from the video you showed” to which I’m replying there wasn’t and continues to not be a screen grab on. Quit calling it that which I have noticed in the post I’m responding to now you suddenly have. Funny how that works

Has the NCAA ever dealt with a person associated with another university on the sideline of a game not involving his employer video taping the other sideline?

And based on this article, it sounds like they didn’t get any proof. This now goes to an infractions committee - which is a 3rd party. So no, the NCAA isn’t the judge jury and executioner. They have to make the case now to this committee just like Michigan will have to, because no settlement was determined prior.

And based on these article, and if you believe Michigan, the ncaa came away with almost no evidence of the claims made early on. The real question is if they can talk those 8 proven cases of sign stealing down to minor infractions; which is significantly differential than the 100’s of cases claimed early in.

LOL

Translation: "Your honor the charges claim my client stabbed the victim 8 times. That is false. My client only stabbed the victim 7 times. The other wound was cause by the victim falling on a broom they were holding. Therefore, I request you find my client innocent of these ridiculous allegations, and toss this case."

Not even remotely true. Gathering information in an easier manor and reaching the same result is, by definition, a minor infraction.
