Big Ten Basketball

Gophers are 5-7 in Q1 games and 2-7 in Q2/Q3 games. Doesn't make sense. I was somewhat optimistic coming off the LA sweep, but Ben has to go. At this point, I don't think we'll even make the B1GT.
 
Gophers last couple games sums up the program and really Minnesota sports in general.

Get some decent momentum to at least finish strong. Lose at home to two of the worst teams. In bad fashion too. Unreal.

I saw Ben saying some garbage he even tried to replicate pregame the road routine they used in Cali??? Wtf???

If you gotta resort to something like that to try and get your team to lock in at home. You ain’t the guy.

But MSU got that prayer because the dip shit stalled the ball then shot way too early and awful step back 3. Just a moron.
 
They tried their hardest but they managed to hold on and not blow a 14 point halftime lead @ USC

Tourney hopes still dangling by a thread, I doubt they win @ Indiana though.
 
This home/road thing is real for the Gophers. Wow. Nebraska looks like absolute shit right now.

We aren't gonna make the tournament, obviously, but it is nice to potentially spoil someone else's chances.

Think this means we'll likely make the B1GT at least.

I'll know by the level of screaming by Nebraska local media and fans. It's the only thing that seems to motivate the team.
If the screaming is loud enough they could be motivated going into Columbus.
 
IU gonna make the tournament with a lame ass duck coach. If I didn't despise them so much, it'd be hilarious if they made a run in the tournament.

No doubt. Arkansas, Nebraska, OU, SMU, Cincinnati all already lost. One of UGA/UT will lose today. OSU/Nebraska play next.

We'll probably get a couple bid stealers, so the field will shrink some, but these teams near the cutline all have pretty meh resumes. You got a bunch of teams with a bunch of losses or teams with hardly any good wins. Strange year.
 
Holtmann Jr got bailed out by some very questionable officiating to avoid yet another late game collapse (game shoulda never went to OT)

His players don't even know the rules when it comes to moving when inbounding the ball.
 
We are probably going to back into the tournament and that will buy this clown another year which sets the program back another year. Thanks Nebraska.
