Science Fiction Reads

reading the latest Murderbot Diaries book

if you haven't yet, check the series out. Quick reads.

John Scalzi's Old Man's War is worth a look if you're into military sci fi. As is AG Riddle's The Long Winter.

Scalzi is good stuff. I haven't read anything past Old Man's War in that series but I might pick up The Ghost Brigades

Redshirts is a fun read and I have heard Starter Villain is another good one.

The Last Emperox trilogy was great too!

I've read every one. And I thought they were making a series called Ghost Brigades?

Will investigate Riddle.

Found a Riddle.

Lost in Time - interesting plot

Just looked it up...weird how it has "volume 2.7 and volume 5.5" and so forth. I'm in the middle of Red Rising, which is also about intra-solar war after human expansion across the system. I'll see if the liberry gots it

Just started Destiny's Road by Larry Niven. He's known as one of the best world builders. Looking forward to a good read.

they (it's two dudes who write under John SA Corey) write little novellas between novels to fill in some gaps for the story, The novellas as usually pretty good.
