Word, Champ. On a near daily basis I am amazed at the number of people who are seemingly baffled by basic human tasks (usually when I’m in the car line at my daughter’s school). I can’t imagine some of these people holding weapons.

It looks to me like he jumped up in excitement and somehow lost his balance and fell forward over the railing.

You never know, but it seems improbable that someone is going to choose a 21' drop to try to jump to their death.

Just watched it again and that doesn’t make a lot sense either. At time he jumped up, the ball had long since been hit and the runner that was on first was already rounding second Why jump up at that point?

Yep. I think he was likely shit faced and easily lost his center of gravity when he jumped up with excitement.

Without a full view of the play, it's hard to say for sure.

Maybe it was when he realized the hit was going to drop? If the runner was off on contact, that's not far fetched.

I'm not saying that's what happened but it makes more sense to me than him jumping on purpose. Not sure if we'll ever know.
