I hardly know anything about the kid, but seems like he was caught up in the rush of big recruits signing with Oregon. So either now he wants more money or found out there isn't enough to pay him what others are getting.

I’ll dig … we’ve been told Texas has more money than god. Not here they didn’t. It’s been a UGA and Texas race until it wasn’t. USC did good here. Hometown boy. Their GM is concentrating on Cali bays and doing well.
