Well, for all your money, Texas hasn't won a title since 2005, and it was 1970 before that. Not sure I'd be dogging Bama and UGA right now. Win something first.

UGA does go all out. We will always play the money game. You seem not to understand where I am coming from. I am not envious, and I am not a fan of a team that won't spend and compete. I am a CFB fan, and I believe that having the chaos we have right now isn't sustainable and won't be in the sport's best interest in the long run. There have always been haves and have-nots. I get that. It's not like if they get some rules in place, teams like Purdue or Iowa State will suddenly compete with Texas or UGA. But I've stated this here many times before - while it's against my team's best interests, I liked the NIL (as it should have been), transfer portal (within reason), and CFP expansion, because I wanted more parity in the sport. But it has to be something that is controlled. I have advocated for a CBA as it would enable players to get paid, but not have a Wild West aspect of the sport that doesn't exist anywhere else in sports.
 
Michigan's "unlimited money cannon" is sure looking good

Almost June and they've only got 6 commits, only 1 in the 247 composite top 200.

They aren't really looking good for any major guys either. They have CBs for 2 top 200 OL but that's about it.

Lol for all that money? We just started spending with the hire of Sark and are fresh off back to back CCG and semifinal appearances.. The last #1 class we signed previously was in 2002.

And who am I exactly dogging? Bama? UGA?

I'm not, I'm dogging fans of schools who are crying about there not being regulation or parameters.. Like the old way was better..

Screw all that, no more hiding, let it be out in the open.. Let my Horns actually use resources that were trolled for over a decade by other fans.. They sure aren't trolling about them today 👀.

I'll leave it at this ... that you actually don't think you guys were dropping bags is hilarious. You just weren't good at dropping bags, but you guys have been using your money forever. You just weren't good at hiring coaches and using that money.

We weren't.. Late Mack couldn't close, Chuck only got 1 5 star .. Herman got a few.. DBs (2), and 1RB... There was no money.. We had a AD that was powerless as he was retiring, a President who was being forced out by the then state gov (aggy BTW).. And an interim AD who had no experience.. But yeah we were shelling out so much money we couldn't outbid Bama for Waddle ($60k!!!!😭)

Stop ... you are trying to convince us that the Texas oilmen weren't dropping bags. We know SMU was. We know ATM was. But, no, the Texas alumns would stoop to such levels. You have to be incredibly naive to think that.

Look Tenn was dropping bags left and right and they weren't getting 5*. Just because you were dropping bags, and you were, doesn't mean you were good at. And you were terrible at picking coaches. And your rich alumni were always getting in the way.

Yeah we were dropping oil money on 4 star DL for over a decade.. Geez, I wonder what changed all of a sudden for us to begin landing consensus 5 star DL.. And WR.. And Lbs.. And OL.. Even QBs?? 👀 😂

Like I said, just because you drop bags doesn't mean you were good at it. UTjr's Pruitt was doing it right and left and they sucked.

A lot more than just paying players happened. You got a new coach, NIL made everything change, portal, etc. Just admit you were dropping bags, and weren't good at it. You are the only person in the world who thinks that Texas was clean.

How many times do I have to type this ... just because you drop bags doesn't mean you are good at it. The 5* didn't want to come to UTjr because your coaches sucked, and you were in the B12 not the SEC. Tenn missed on 5* all the time and they were dropping bags left and right.

(which is rich from an outsider).. just know the results of bag dropping are bigger.. cause why on earth would 2 5 star OL and a 5 star transfer QB come to Austin following a 5 win season?? ahh that's right.. cause they just wanted to play for Texas.. Just like Justice Terry this past December :)
