Friday’s round is a scramble and I’m paired with the top overall player in the group, Saturday’s is best ball. Not really worried about driving. I’ve driven a million golf balls into the woods behind my parents house. I can hit the ball far, direction it goes is the question, but I’m banking on my partners to pick up the slack.

Sunday’s round is match play and I go against the other captain, who like me, doesn’t play golf and isn’t a fan of the game and we’ll be starting each hole from 150 out. 150 and in is the most important range for my role
 
what club are you hitting 150 yds?
 
My team cruised to victory. I even contributed a bit in the short game. It was fun, but not something I’d see myself doing very often. I’d rather fish

That's how it starts. Chewy bout to have a country club membership by the end of the summer.

I wore those khaki overalls and my gym shoes all three days. Friday wore red pearl snaps, Saturday grey pearl snaps, yesterday both teams wore the custom polos we had made

But there’s already talks of running it back next year with three possible locations. We have people with houses we can use in PCB and Lake Hartwell(GA-SC line) and Myrtle Beach is in town play. Lake Hartwell gets my vote. I prefer fresh water and it’s closest to the house
