10.97 lbs. Trimmed up some. Was choice as we didn't have prime. It is huge...Reverse sear is delish, but if ya don't have a good leave-in temp probe, you should get one.
How big a brisket? Just the flat or the whole shebang?
It was my fault. Won't make that mistake again. I have the built in and a digital probe. I seared it when it was done and shot that temp to hell.
