The problem with the store-bought ones is that the fabric is really thin, and not cotton. Thin polyester hasn't tested nearly as well as cotton for aerosol reduction.

If she just wants to put something on, they work fine, but if she's actually trying to avoid spreading the 'Rona, not so much.

I don't think she's concerned with that.

Gyms around the state generally only require masks when in the lobby area (entering and leaving). She goes to the OSU gym, and they're mask Nazis there, and make you wear one the entire time.

There are a select few grocery stores that have liquor stores inside them, but I haven't seen one by me. One near the last office I worked at, and one kinda close to my parents' house that I know of.
 
Son's school has a positive case. 50+ kids and two staff in isolation. I am in total overreactive parent mode right now
