Honestly, what I was most concerned about with this thing was if it went through the school, it got my daughter slightly sick, and then it infected our parents as a result (they are the primary babysitters for us). Couldn't imagine how Ham would feel if she felt she was responsible for one or more of her grandparents dying.

It's weird, I go to wisconsin and they sell beer everywhere. Even the yankee candle store


Few cities here in metro area have city owned liquor stores.

Yeah, it's part of the calculus of raising kids and having helpful family around with this thing.

One of my BIL's friends lost both his parents within a week of each other near the beginning of this whole mess. His dad was in an extended care facility, and died, with what could likely be natural causes, but dad also tested positive for Rona. Dude's mom caught it (most likely from dude unknowingly carrying it back) and died like a week later.

The guy was also sick, laid up at home for 2-3 weeks, if I recall correctly.
