Ranking 17 Chain Steak Houses

ooh, was it a mesquite grilled burger? Steakhouses usually have those and no one thinks to order them. Got a place in Dallas that does those as a lunch special and they are pretty damn good.

Don't know to tell you the truth but I don't think so. Here are pics

let's be real, this thread is just showing cats that don't know how to cook a steak. aaaaaand continue.

If you're going out for steak, you're doing it wrong.

I don't entirely disagree but brokers never really offer to send raw meat to my home except at Christmas, I take what I can when I'm not paying 😉

I can make a sandwich, doesn't mean I don't prefer them made by someone else who does all the work while I drink old fashions and pinch the waitresses ass.

Wildfire should be on here.

Outback is disgusting. May have been good at one point but the quality has definitely fallen off.

Delfriscos and Flemings should be higher.

The only one I really know is Texas Roadhouse. I went there probably 75 times and never, not once, had a bad experience. Plus it's a good value. A little bit more expensive than Logan's but that much better.

I have an ex from highschool that is a waitress at the local texas roadhouse. I like to get shit faced drunk there and write "you got more than just the tip" on the tip line when she brings me my ticket.

American Cut and Eddie Merlots should be on this list as well.

When I was 6 months old I was in a commercial for Bonanza steak house. Got paid $150 for just being in my dads arms. he got a lot more since he actually talked. Was just waiting for a table when they came through to interview. So my Social security earnings table is pretty funny, with payments when I was 1 then nothing for like 10 years.
They feed em steak young in Texas huh.

Considering it's a chain steak restaurant I agree with this, get a decent meal relative to what you're paying for/expectation and I do like some of their menu options.

Well, shit. I was going to make salmon for dinner, but now I want a steak!

I haven't been to (or heard of) many of those places, but can confirm Outback is icky and so is Black Angus., haven't been to either in years, but I can't imagine they've gotten any better. Flemings is good though.

When I cooked at the local Houlihan's during college breaks I worked with a dude one break who twice dropped steaks on the ground said "well I don't feel like re-doing that" and still served it.

Extra flavor.

I always get chicken fried steak if I'm at Roadhouse. Been a long time since I went, though that goes for most places.
