SIL should be getting discharged tomorrow. Mr. Kobe and his brother are researching various therapy programs. Trying to decide between intensive full-time residential programs, in-person day treatment programs, and remote day treatment programs.

They told my nephew the truth about what happened. He decided he wanted to stay with his aunt and uncle for awhile longer. Will be interesting to see how he comes out of this.

Probably better he knows now, than finding out everyone lied to him 5 years later.
 
Really hoping that it goes well Friday. The current gig is going to dig themselves a deep hole. Started out last Thursday when they fired the head of the delivery team they just hired 2 months ago. He was set up for failure and really shouldn't have been hired. Now told the head of support that he has to go in the lower rotation on weekend support besides his higher rotation of weekend support. Dude never stops working. His wife informed him that if it that was the case, he would be looking for a new job. Her father works for us and is a severely depressed individual from this hell hole. So shall see if he leaves or not. If he leaves, they're basically done. They're basically fucked if I leave as well, but not as bad as if he does.

For sure. They wanted to tell him as soon as possible, but needed to wait until Mr. Kobe's brother got back to ND. Living in a small town, everyone knows and they didn't want our nephew to hear it from someone else.

They went through the uplifting task of removing all of the guns, booze, pills, etc. from the house yesterday.
