Heatwave Friday!

A good friend of mine offered some advice

"You cannot outrun your diet"

I love Pizza Hut's breadsticks for some reason. That's what I ate as my free meal pretty much every shift. The wings there suck.
I'm at a brewery. I think their specialty is pizzas, but I'm making a pizza tonight.
 
I think I'm going to head to the seafood store tomorrow. About to be a lot of seafood in the diet over the next week.

We are making pizza this weekend. Re-do after fucking up the crust last week.

Fucking rights. They are one of the best foods I miss now with my disability
 
There is more than vanity to eating healthy. I know when I manage to string together a run of healthy eating I feel so much better in general. We all will hit a certain age where you can't eat crap and function like normal
This. I also work out three times a week. I'm in better shape than I've ever been. I feel great and I'm setting a good example of fitness for my kids.

We've started doing family 5K's once a month on the towpath. Three and half years ago, I was nearly 40 pounds heavier and a smoker. If you would have told me I'd be leading my family to do 5K's regularly, I would have told you you're out of your fucking mind, but here I am and I'm proud of it.

I should start making my own crust, but it's just too easy to use store bought. Going to try out the new stone, though.

One of my friends wine is at 3am this morning, and ran a half marathon
