One of my friends wine is at 3am this morning, and ran a half marathonThis. I also work out three times a week. I'm in better shape than I've ever been. I feel great and I'm setting a good example of fitness for my kids.
We've started doing family 5K's once a month on the towpath. Three and half years ago, I was nearly 40 pounds heavier and a smoker. If you would have told me I'd be leading my family to do 5K's regularly, I would have told you you're out of your fucking mind, but here I am and I'm proud of it.
