We can't do it for hoop but I think it could be fun for MLB to be able to combine your teams at the end maybe even nfl

Would be cool but there would have to be some sort of stipulations from say loading up your NL lineup top picks with Pitching and your AL lineup with all hitting so you have one super lineup.

I think a cap would take care of it. You could only load so much
Also for NFL, I think if we drafted a straight 22 each conference, you could combine teams and show your 3, 4, and 5 wide sets, 2 TE, etc

We could a hard cap draft where your first draft determines how much you have to spend on pitchers and hitters for the next draft.

So we have 80 cap for each league, if you spend 60 on hitters and 20 on pitchers in the NL, you could only spend up to those amounts for the AL as well. So if you decided to punt one side, you couldn't make it up on the other end. Would force drafters to try to balance as much as possible.
