Not very healthy and does not support your weight loss goals. You can do better. How about a quinoa and arugula salad?
It actually does support my weight loss goals, as I am not trying to lose weight. And quinoa is a terrible excuse for food.

Riced cauliflower and kale? On alternate Thursdays, you can sniff a stick of butter.

If I want rice, I'll eat rice. What the hell is wrong with you? And kale is for llamas and elephants. Pervert.

actually for kale

lay your kale out on a cookie sheet.

drizzle it with parmasean cheese and EVOO

cook it at 375 for 15 mins

let the chips cool for 5 mins

throw that bitch in the trash and head to McDonalds for a Big Mac

My favorite veggies are mustard greens, spinach, Gailan (Chinese broccoli), Red chard, broccoli, green beans, cabbage and garlic. Lots of garlic.

Anyone here use Ozempic?

Asking for someone who wants kick the guy who wrote the song for it in the nads
My kids were horrified when I told them that this was based on a popular tune from the 70's. They already hated my Dad-Rock

I've said it before and I'll say it again ...

Growing up, even fryin' kale in bacon grease couldn't make that shit edible.

Or, to quote Newman ...

You people don't know how to properly cook kale. Its a great vegetable.
I'm not really a fan. Collards, mustard greens, spinach and chinese broccoli are all superior.

Drop some Coltrane or Sun Ra on the little brats.
They seem impervious to all forms of classical music. I have exposed them to orchestral, big band, jazz, blues, reggae, and classic rock and they reject almost all of it. I do not subject them to country music, though my daughter does like Taylor Swift.

Every now and then they'll hear a song and say they like it, but it doesn't translate into a greater appreciation of the particular genre.

Is that what Vick's does, too? I could use some of that stuff. Probably help my nose unstuff. Luckily, the coughing isn't painful (yet!), just really annoying because I can feel the slime down there, but it's just not coming up. :puke: Would a heating pad work the same? Maybe I can convince the dog to give me mine back.

Da hell do they listen to?

Don't tell them Uncle Crayug owned the 45 when he was much younger & dummer.
