Yeah it's hard to gauge the value from all these rumors. Some have a team giving up 2 1st's, some 4. I would think 3 1st's is right around value + a 2nd or a player.

I think the Dolphins and the Jets obviously have the most to work with bc they both have plenty of cap space, draft picks and most importantly top 3 picks this year so Houston can get a QB. They also have a young QB that Houston could also want. I just don't see how other teams can top that unless they include a star player + picks (but of course a big cap hit comes with it).
