Fine, it's Friday

Well, damn. You know, I've always thought I had near encyclopedic knowledge of Urban Dictionary, but I have to admit, I was not aware that the term pegging referred exclusively to the use of a strap on. I always assumed a dildo, or any phallic-shaped object would qualify, but according to wikipedia, it's only the strap ons.

You can learn something new everyday!
It's ok

@Peter Gozintite thinks it's called "capping"

minus what is stored...
True. I was just going with a basic conservation of mass in = out, but you could be building muscle or fat

also the majority of what's lost is actually through conversion of fat to energy to heat and CO2 rather than solid or liquid waste.

Seriously though, there is some of that, but I have noticed that my body burns weight while I sleep. Maybe it's processing what I ate/drank?
On average it's about a '10 hour fast' so that sounds about right

Then it would be CO2 (but mainly just the C) and H2O, no? The mass isn't being converted to energy/heat in any significant amount.

and the O2 you breathe in.

Always have said, the body weight scale is a liar!

When people start to work out, they tend to gain body weight before they lose fat, because depending on age, it is commonly easier to gain muscle than to burn fat, and since muscle weighs more than fat people tend to gain before they lose when starting a workout program. Once they put on more muscle, they begin to burn the fat they eat, at a faster rate.

In essence, every muscle cell is like a clean burning furnace built for burning fat, the more muscle cells they have the better equipt they are to burning fat they ingest more readily.

It's simple really, and with that reasoning, the fat cells ingested will burn off more readily with the heavier muscle cell developed, and wont contribute to body fat they store. Once storing less of the ligther fat they would have accumulated they will become leaner.

They could actualy do all of this and still not lose a pound, but their clothes will fit the better, and they will see & feel the difference in the mirror when they get out of the shower.

Now don't get me wrong, the types of fats we eat are important too, and the long chain fats wont readily make it into the mitochondrion of the muscle cell (This is what they call the 'fat burning furnace') so you just can't eat a bunch of crap foods. :happyshake:

Bro.

I'm 6 184.3 as of this morning. A good deuce and I'm under 184
Man, I cannot remember when I’ve been under 185. Snowboarding has helped me readd so much muscle (see: lean weight) in my legs. Also not drying out playing hockey goalie at all this winter.
