My SIL's mom was 6 something and her dad is the same. Seems like every other time we're together, she's like, "I forget how short you are!" And I'm like, "bech. I'm 5'3" and you are 5'3 1/2". You didn't inherit one bit of height from either of your parents!"

I x-rayed her ankle and it looked like her growth plates were closed so I guess she just got super tall super fast.
