I'm at 15 right now. I usually get a free vaca day each month, though, for working 8 hours over the previous month. I've already racked up 5.5 for October.

We HAVE to use 120 hours, either by sell or by use at my tier or it gets paid out on the anniversary of our employment date.

Sadly, I'm at a point now where I have to take the 40 hours that I need to make up after selling 80 or I'd lose them. For the first few years here, I'd take 0 PTO hours a year and get paid out the full 120. Was nice.
