I have to go up in the attic today and figure out where my damn water pipes are so I can throw a blanket on them....
Is there no insulation up there? Or just doing this "out of an abundance of caution".

I'm not sure our school buses would start at those temps.

I thought the same thing. I got a 2020 Tundra, and it took a sec for it to turn over yesterday.

Older cars stand no chance in this shit unless they were plugged in.

We've had no vehicle issues yet (but we garage ours) but I have helped a couple of neighbors this week that park outside.

That's very neighborly.

We've lived here for 3 years, and I've yet to make eye contact with a neighbor. lulz
One of them is right next door and I've known the husband since we were in middle school and his Wife and mine used to work together. They're close friends. So no bother there.
The other is the idiot that lives across the street. He's from Arkansas and acts like he's from Arkansas (I guess this makes me an Arkansinian bigot?). I almost drove past him pulling out of the driveway but my conscience got the better of me.
