Big Ten Basketball

Shit fire dam. That’s pretty cool. Didn’t turner almost average a triple dub?

Wasn't really close assists wise. But nearly averaged a double/double with rebounds.

20,9 and 6. But he was essentially the entire team IIRC. That was the year before Sullinger got there.

Joey Hauser with an all too usual stretch run.

Think he clanked a 3 and turned the ball over on like 4 stragiht possessions in the final 2 minutes. Turnstile D too.

So what's the deal with the league scheduling Nebraska like 6 games in 8 days to make up Covid games but not rescheduling shit for Michigan? Fairly sure we all know why but give me a reason other than the obvious one

My guess is they are still trying to figure that part out. This updated schedule for Nebraska was just announced on like Thursday I believe. My guess is that a couple of the games will be made up, but not all of them. Also the timing of the shutdown and when it happened, make it less likely they'll get all their games back in.

eh...Buford, Dielber, Lighty. All four year guys that rank among the tops in OSU history in various categories

They could have came back a week earlier than they did. The women's hoops team was playing on the 11th but the men's cancelled their game?

Yeah those were good pieces to have. But Turner did basically everything for the 2010 team. They fit much better on the 2011 team paired with Sullinger and Craft.

I'm going to give any team the benefit of the doubt, especially when they couldn't do anything for 14 days. They could have played the Illinois game, but decided against it. Them being off is being completely overblown anyway. They would have lost maybe one game during that stretch. If anything it has hurt them because now if they do drop a couple games their overall record doesn't look as good for seeding purposes. Hopefully some of their games can be rescheduled.

Yeah and for teams like Michigan and Baylor there really is no incentive to rush back. These teams wanna be ready to go come March with no issues.

A couple weeks off in early February isn't killing these teams.

We just gotta get the best teams to mid march.

I've actually argued if Duncan can be a pro then had Jon broke at the right time so could have he. I know Robinson is taller and that's his main appeal though.

I'd agree with that. He shot 44.4% from 3 once he became a starter his sophomore year. Diebler still listed at 6'6, so more than enough height. I could have definitely seen him in the Duncan/Redick role. Duncan wasn't even as good of a college player as Diebler was either.

I'll be interested to see how Weiskamp translates in the NBA as I think he's a more athletic version of Robinson. He could be one of those guys who fit even better in the NBA than they did in college

I think Robinson is a good comp, but I do think Weiskamp has a better overall game. Honestly, it'll be about fit at the next level. Robinson is a great fit on the Heat, with Adebayo, Butler and Dragic around him. Robinson is really good at coming off screens and catching and shooting. And has great range. I think the question will be whether or not Weiskamp can hit 3's at the clip Robinson does. Certainly not an easy task. Honestly, it's quite stunning that Robinson has stuck in the nba, let alone being a productive starter. He didn't even start at Michigan.

Lmao. The Gophers/IU line has gone from IU -4.5 to -6.5 in the span of like 7 hours. I liked the Gophers at -4.5. I'm gonna go ahead and drop $100 on them. If it hits on the ML I'll take home $215. Not gonna lie this could blow up in my face. Lol.

To be fair I was pretty much postive Virginia would never win a title and I was wrong on that. Their offense is so prone for upset its ridiculous.
Had refs correctly called obvious double dribble

God we are so fucking bad on the road.

And no, not going for the jinx. We might legit lose by 30+. Pitino has got to go. We are going to be the worst team in the B1G next season.
I've been a pitino defender, but agreed, time move on. I think covid19 might save him. As a person I like the guy, I'll root for him, but he wasn't ready for b1g job and hasn't grown into it

Not ready to say next year we'll be worst team

IU being -6 5 vs anyone right now is crazy. .
