Granted, I don't know the situation, but there'd have to be some pretty wild circumstances for me to not say mother fuck those parents right in the face. IN THE FACE!

Now the kid is reunited with the parents who didn't want him.

Even if their situation was beyond fucked, there had to be a better option than abandoning the kid in a fucking cemetery. How about a hospital? Maybe a fire station.

Yeah I don't want to hear that. My wife works at our local Children's Hospital and initially she would come home with stories about these kids and their awful parents that it got to the point where I literally told her to stop. Like I don't care how your day was if this is the stuff you have to talk about. She very rarely mentions stuff anymore. I actively avoid reading most stories like that - makes me angry.

My ol lady got to go pick up a kid from the hospital the other day.

Kid had to have his anus stitched up. His foster parents had decided to make extra cash by renting his butthole out to strangers.

He’s six I think.

You hear about how OP doesn’t like getting text messages?

craziest thing right here. I remember watching shows like laverne and Shirley, Gilligans island, etc as a horny teenager and thinking "what's the big deal, those chicks aren't even close to hot". Now 40 year old me sees the reruns and thinks "ok, something to work with". I guess in another 20 years I'll be thinking they are 10's.

One of my old co-workers used to claim that the whole Amber alert system is because of him, when he got lost as a kid. His name was David.

We laughed so hard at his BS story. Nicknamed him Amber after that.

Yeah, got that same one earlier. They are slacking. I really wonder how well the system actually works. Ya gotta know there's some really bored folks out there that start playing detective when they get these things.

Was that a real story? My bad if it was. That's digustingly fucking horrible and those people should be publicly exectued. Seemed like you were being rather flippant and the way you worded it, but maybe I was just reading into given how we typically interact.
